How long does the fragrance last?
Our eau de parfums are made with a high oil concentration. Longevity varies with skin type and weather, but most of our scents last many hours on skin and even longer on clothing.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Our team may call you to confirm your order before it is dispatched.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of Rs 5,000 and above, and Rs 250 on smaller orders. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 3–5 working days.
Can I return a perfume?
Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, email us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it.
Which size should I choose?
The 50 ml is perfect for trying a new scent or travelling. The 100 ml is our best value for your signature fragrance.
Are your perfumes suitable for men or women?
Our fragrances are designed to be worn by anyone. Softer musks and florals such as White Musk Silk and Jasmine Nights feel light and airy, while Velvet Oud and Muslin Noir are deeper and more intense.
How should I apply perfume?
Spray on pulse points — wrists, neck and behind the ears — from about 15 cm away. Don’t rub it in; let it settle naturally. A light mist on clothing helps it last longer.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, every order is packed in our signature gift box. You can also add a gift message in the note section of your cart.
