Refund policy

At Musk & Muslin we want you to love every fragrance. Because perfume is a personal-care product, we follow the policy below for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

• Unopened, unused bottles with the original seal and packaging intact may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Opened, sprayed or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Gift sets and sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, email us at muskandmuslin@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the parcel and product. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

How to start a return

Email muskandmuslin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will share the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g. JazzCash / Easypaisa); prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
